The invention discloses layered microwave dielectric ceramic and a preparation method thereof, the layered microwave dielectric ceramic comprises a microwave dielectric ceramic layer, an inert layer and an adjusting layer, and the inert layer is located between the microwave dielectric ceramic layer and the adjusting layer; the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency of the microwave dielectric ceramic layer is a negative value, and the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency of the adjusting layer is a positive value; or the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency of the microwave dielectric ceramic layer is a negative value, and the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency of the adjusting layer is a positive value. By introducing the inert layer, chemical reaction between the microwave dielectric ceramic layer and the adjusting layer in the preparation process is avoided, the temperature stability of the layered microwave dielectric ceramic is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the layered microwave dielectric ceramic has a low dielectric constant and a high-quality factor.
本发明公开了一种层状微波介质陶瓷及其制备方法,包括微波介质陶瓷层、惰性层与调节层,所述惰性层位于所述微波介质陶瓷层与所述调节层之间;所述微波介质陶瓷层的谐振频率温度系数为负值,所述调节层的谐振频率温度系数为正值;或者所述微波介质陶瓷层的谐振频率温度系数为负值,所述调节层的谐振频率温度系数为正值。本发明通过引入惰性层,避免在制备过程中微波介质陶瓷层与调节层发生化学反应,极大地提升了层状微波介质陶瓷的温度稳定性,同时使该层状微波介质陶瓷具有低介电常数和高品质因子。
