The invention relates to a joint type magnetic levitation turnout structure and a turnout line shape. The magnetic levitation turnout structure comprises a plurality of joint beams which are sequentially and movably connected end to end. When the turnout switches, the joint beams rotate towards the lateral line position under the action of the driving device, so that the joints between the adjacent joint beams rotate linearly to form angles, and the multiple sections of joint beams fit a lateral line curve after the turnout switches; the passive beams are arranged between the adjacent joint beams or between the joint beams and the stack beams, and when the turnout switches, the passive beams form transition line segments between the adjacent joint beams or between the joint beams and the stack beams. The folding lines are formed through the joint beams to fit the switch curve, the passive beams are arranged between the joint folding lines, the folding line switch angle is transitioned again, the curve line shape can be better fitted, and the smoothness when a vehicle passes through a fork is improved.
