The invention discloses a self-stress connecting structure suitable for a fabricated pavement slab and a construction method. The self-stress connecting structure comprises a straightway connecting structure, a curve connecting structure I and a curve connecting structure II, each connecting structure is composed of an assembly type prestress plate, a self-stress synergistic device, a connecting seam, a self-stress steel bar structure and a steel fiber expansion concrete structure. The straight road section of the connecting structure adopts a straight edge equal-width structure, and the curve road section adopts a zigzag equal-width structure and a zigzag unequal-width structure. In addition, the invention further discloses a construction method of the fabricated prestressed plate, the self-stress synergistic device, the connecting seam, the self-stress steel bar structure and the steel fiber expansive concrete structure. The self-stress connecting structure is not tensioned and grouted on site, and the process is simple; cracking is not prone to occurring, and the service life is long; the veneers are easy to replace after being damaged, and maintenance cost is low; the sawtooth-shaped connecting structure solves the problem that prestressed tendons are difficult to be arranged on the assembly type prestressed pavement at the bend.
