The invention relates to the technical field of bridge engineering, and discloses an emergency adjustable self-anchored connecting device easy to disassemble and assemble, comprising: an adjustable connecting device comprising an adjusting assembly and a shell assembly; the adjusting assembly comprises a reel, two steel wire rope assemblies and two connecting arms, one end of each steel wire rope assembly is connected with the reel, each steel wire rope assembly can be wound and unwound on the reel, the other end of each steel wire rope assembly is connected with an anchor head, and the two connecting arms are fixed to the two steel wire rope assemblies respectively. Each connecting arm is provided with two or more first limiting holes, second limiting holes are formed in the positions, on the two sides of the reel, of the shell assembly respectively, bolts are inserted into the first limiting holes and the second limiting holes to fix the connecting arms, and therefore the connecting device can be adjusted. The invention is used for emergency connection of bridge suspenders and temporary connection of structural members.
