The invention provides a low-temperature automatic deicing system, which comprises a base, a control cabinet, a vertical rod, a water storage barrel and a U-shaped bracket, and is characterized in that the top of the base is fixedly connected with four supporting rods, the tops of the four supporting rods are fixedly provided with the same solar panel, and the outer wall of the base is fixedly connected with a frame body. By arranging the water inlet pipe, the first electronic valve, the motor, the vertical shaft, the rotating disc, a discharging hole, a material barrel, a discharging pipe and a second electronic valve, water and a snow melting agent are automatically added, the labor intensity is reduced, the snow melting agent and water are conveniently mixed, and it is avoided that the snow melting agent is precipitated and crystallized to affect subsequent spraying of a spray head; the mixed liquid in the water storage barrel is conveyed into the water outlet pipe through operation of the water pump, the mixed liquid is sprayed to a road through the spray head, deicing operation can be conveniently conducted on a long-mileage expressway, timeliness is ensured, meanwhile, the safety of snow removal work is improved, and the situation that traffic operation is affected by manual loading of a snow sweeper is avoided.
本发明提供低温自动除冰系统,包括底座、控制柜、竖杆、储水桶与U型支架,其特征在于,所述底座的顶部固定连接有四个支撑杆,四个支撑杆的顶部固定安装有同一个太阳能板,所述底座的外壁固定连接有框体。本发明通过设置进水管、第一电子阀门、电机、竖轴、转盘、下料孔、料桶、下料管与第二电子阀门,进行自动加水与添加融雪剂,减小劳动强度,并且方便使融雪剂与水进行混合,避免融雪剂沉淀结晶影响后续喷头喷洒;通过水泵运转将储水桶内的混合液输送到出水管内,通过喷头喷洒到道路上,方便对长里程高速公路进行除冰操作,在确保时效性的同时,提升了除雪工作安全性,并且避免人力装载除雪车影响到交通运行。
