Construction method of pile hole casing
The construction method comprises the steps that a pile casing lifting device and multiple sections of pile hole pile casings are obtained, the pile hole pile casings are detachably connected, when the pile hole pile casings sink, the pile casing lifting device is used for clamping the pile hole pile casings in sequence, and sinking operation is conducted after every two adjacent pile hole pile casings are connected; when the pile hole protection barrels are pulled out, the pile hole protection barrel located at the uppermost end is clamped through the protection barrel lifting device and pulled out of the pile hole, then the pile hole protection barrel located at the opening of the pile hole is clamped, and the pile hole protection barrel between the two clamped pile hole protection barrels is dismantled. And then the pile hole protection cylinder at the uppermost end is connected with the pile hole protection cylinder at the pile hole, and the pulling-out operation is repeated till all the pile hole protection cylinders are pulled out. The device is simple in structure, relatively small in size, convenient to transport, more suitable for field mountain construction, convenient to operate and easy to construct.
本发明公开了一种桩孔护筒的施工方法，获取护筒升降装置和多节桩孔护筒，桩孔护筒相互之间可拆卸式连接，在桩孔护筒施沉的时候，利用护筒升降装置依次对各桩孔护筒进行夹持，并且使相邻两个桩孔护筒连接后进行施沉操作；在桩孔护筒拔出的时候，利用护筒升降装置对位于最上端的桩孔护筒进行夹持，并拔出桩孔外，然后对位于桩孔孔口处的桩孔护筒进行夹持，对两个被夹持住的桩孔护筒之间的桩孔护筒进行拆除，再使最上端的桩孔护筒与桩孔处的桩孔护筒进行连接，重复进行拔除操作，直至将所有桩孔护筒拔出。本发明结构简单，体积相对较小，能够方便运输，更能适应野外山地施工，同时操作方便，施工容易。
