In order to solve the problem that in the field of building construction, hard concrete cannot be warehoused through a sky pump, the invention provides a concrete conveying system and a concrete conveying construction method.The system comprises a base, a front guide rail structure, a rear guide rail structure, a movable platform, a left-right driving assembly, a movable conveying table, a fourth conveying belt, a driving mechanism and a feeding mechanism; the moving platform is provided with a conveying guide rail structure which extends in the front-back direction, one end of the moving platform is slidably connected to the front guide rail structure, the other end of the moving platform is slidably connected to the rear guide rail structure, the left-right driving assembly is in transmission connection with the moving platform, and the moving conveying table is slidably connected to the conveying guide rail structure. The fourth conveying belt is arranged on the movable conveying table, the driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the movable conveying table, and the driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the fourth conveying belt. By means of the concrete conveying system, concrete can be conveyed to the whole bin face conveniently and rapidly.
本发明为解决建筑施工领域存在的干硬性混凝土不能采用天泵入仓的问题,提供一种混凝土输送系统及混凝土输送施工方法,该系统包括基座、前导轨结构、后导轨结构、移动平台、左右驱动组件、移动输送台、第四输送带、驱动机构和上料机构,移动平台设置有输送导轨结构,输送导轨结构沿前后方向延伸,移动平台的一端滑动连接在前导轨结构上,移动平台的另一端滑动连接在后导轨结构上,左右驱动组件和移动平台传动连接,移动输送台滑动连接在输送导轨结构上,第四输送带设置在移动输送台上,驱动机构和移动输送台传动连接,驱动机构和第四输送带传动连接。本发明的混凝土输送系统能够方便快捷地将混凝土输送到整个仓面上。
