The invention provides a corrugated steel plate buckling restrained brace which comprises a core steel plate with initial corrugations, base plates and restrained steel plates, the base plates are arranged on the left side and the right side of the core steel plate with the initial corrugations in the length direction, and the restrained steel plates are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the core steel plate with the initial corrugations in the thickness direction. The two restraining plates and the two base plates are fixed together through bolts. Compared with a traditional steel plate buckling restrained brace, the core steel plate is designed to be in a corrugated shape in advance, waves are formed at fixed points and multiple points at the same time when the core steel plate is pressed, the effects that energy is consumed at the multiple points at the same time and multi-wave buckling is naturally formed are achieved, and large fatigue damage generated at the wave starting position in the transition process from first-order deformation to high-order deformation of the core steel plate is effectively reduced; and meanwhile, the length of the yield section is longer, and the ductility and the energy consumption performance are better.
本发明提供了一种波纹钢板屈曲约束支撑,包括带有初始波纹的核心钢板、垫板以及约束钢板,所述垫板布置在所述带有初始波纹的核心钢板长度方向的左右两侧,所述约束板布置在所述带有初始波纹的核心钢板厚度方向的上下两侧,所述两块约束板与两块垫板通过螺栓固定在一起。相比于传统的钢板屈曲约束支撑,本发明通过把核心钢板预先设计为波纹状,在受压时定点、多点同时成波,达到多点同时耗能、自然形成多波屈曲的效果,有效减少核心钢板由一阶变形过渡到高阶变形过程中,起波处产生较大的疲劳损伤,提高了耗能能力,同时屈服段长度更长,延性与耗能性能更好。
