The invention relates to an anti-seismic shear wall of a subway upper cover. The anti-seismic shear wall comprises an underground layer, a damping interlayer and an overground layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. An internal framework of the underground layer comprises a first damping steel plate; the internal framework of the damping interlayer comprises a second damping steel plate, and the internal framework of the overground layer comprises a third damping steel plate; the first damping steel plate comprises a supporting part located in the underground layer and a connecting part extending to the damping interlayer, and the supporting part and the subway upper cover are fixed through anchoring parts. When the deviation size of the first damping steel plate and the third damping steel plate is larger than 100 mm, the second damping steel plate is anchored between the connecting part and the third damping steel plate through an anchoring part, a transfer beam used for increasing the bearing area is fixed to the top end of the second damping steel plate, and the third damping steel plate is fixed to the transfer beam through an anchoring part. The shear wall has the advantages that reliable connection between the shear wall and the subway garage is guaranteed, and higher strength and anti-seismic performance are achieved.
