The invention discloses a spraying device for a building structure and a spraying method of the spraying device. The spraying device comprises a waist wearing assembly used for sleeving the waist of a construction worker, and the waist wearing assembly is provided with a sliding groove formed in the circumferential direction of the waist wearing assembly; the bearing frame comprises a sliding ball and an adapter rod which are rotatably arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding mode, the lower end of the adapter rod is connected to the sliding ball, and the upper end of the adapter rod is obliquely upwards arranged towards the outer side of the waist wearing assembly; the handheld spray gun is detachably installed at the upper end of the adapter rod, the handheld spray gun is connected with a material storage box through a slurry feeding hose, and the middle of the slurry feeding hose is installed on the waist wearing assembly; the safety belt is used for being connected with a hanging basket and connected to the waist wearing assembly. The problems that when manual spraying is conducted on a building structure, a constructor holds a spray gun for construction for a long time, the working intensity is large, and fatigue is prone to occurring are solved.
