The invention discloses a cable embedding plow with an adjustable cable inlet angle and a control method thereof, the embedding plow comprises a plow body, a frame body and a sliding shoe, the plow body is provided with a cable guide device, the cable guide device comprises a cable guide pipe, one end of the cable guide pipe is provided with a trumpet-shaped cable inlet, and the other end of the cable guide pipe is connected with a cable guide cavity in the plow body and rotationally arranged on the plow body; the detection device is arranged in the cable guide pipe and/or the joint of the cable guide pipe and the plough body, and is used for detecting the acting force between the cable and the cable guide pipe and/or the cable inlet angle of the cable and outputting a detection signal; the driving device is used for driving the fairlead to rotate around a connecting point between the fairlead and the plough body; and the control assembly is in signal connection with the detection device and control connection with the driving device, and receives and responds to the detection signal to control the driving device to act. The cable inlet angle of the cable is monitored in real time, and the inclination angle of the cable guide device is flexibly adjusted, so that the friction between the cable and the cable guide device can be reduced, the abrasion of the surface of the cable is reduced, and the service life of the embedded cable is prolonged.
本发明公开一种入线角度可调的线缆埋设犁及其控制方法,埋设犁包括犁体、架体及滑靴,犁体上设有:导缆装置,包括导缆管,导缆管的一端设为喇叭状入线口,另一端与犁体上的导缆腔相连且转动设于犁体上;检测装置,设于导缆管内和/或导缆管与犁体的连接处,用于检测线缆与导缆管之间的作用力大小和/或线缆的入线角度,输出检测信号;驱动装置,用于驱动导缆管绕其与犁体之间的连接点转动;控制组件,与检测装置信号连接且与驱动装置控制连接,接收并响应于检测信号控制驱动装置动作。通过对线缆的入线角度进行实时监测,灵活调整导缆装置的倾斜角度,由此可降低线缆与导缆装置之间的摩擦,进而减少线缆表面的磨损,提升线缆埋设后的使用寿命。
