Method for producing steel slag split-phase clinker by using industrial waste gypsum as mineralizer
The invention relates to a method for producing a steel slag split-phase clinker by using industrial waste gypsum as a mineralizer, which comprises the following specific steps: 1) proportioning the industrial waste gypsum as the mineralizer and a cement raw material according to a clinker target rate value to obtain a waste gypsum mixed raw material; 2) grinding the waste gypsum mixed raw material into powder, and fully homogenizing to obtain a waste gypsum mixture which needs to meet the requirement that the standard deviation SCaCO3 of the raw material CaCO3 entering a kiln is less than or equal to +/-0.20%; and (3) carrying out pre-homogenization treatment on the granular steel slag according to requirements to enable the standard deviation SCaO of the steel slag CaO to be less than or equal to +/-3.0%, then mixing with the waste gypsum mixture, and calcining to obtain the steel slag split-phase clinker. The industrial waste gypsum is used as the mineralizer to produce the steel slag split-phase clinker, so that the clinker firing temperature can be reduced by 50-100 DEG C, the strength of the split-phase clinker is improved, and the grindability of the clinker is improved.
本发明涉及一种利用工业废石膏作为矿化剂生产钢渣分相熟料的方法,具体步骤如下:1)将工业废石膏作为矿化剂与水泥生料原料按熟料目标率值配料,得到废石膏混合生料;2)将废石膏混合生料研磨为粉末,并进行充分均化得到废石膏混合料,废石膏混合料需满足入窑生料CaCO3的标准偏差SCaCO3≤±0.20%的要求;3)根据需要将颗粒状钢渣进行预均化处理,使得钢渣CaO的标准偏差SCaO≤±3.0%,然后与废石膏混合料混合,再煅烧得到钢渣分相熟料。本发明利用工业废石膏作为矿化剂生产钢渣分相熟料能够降低熟料烧成温度50~100℃,提高分相熟料的强度,并改善熟料的易磨性。
