Waterproof high-strength concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to waterproof high-strength concrete and a preparation method thereof. Respectively preparing a skin layer spinning solution and a core layer spinning solution, and performing coaxial spinning to obtain skin-core fibers; the skin layer spinning solution is a polyacrylonitrile skin layer spinning solution; the core layer spinning solution comprises a polymer component and an inorganic aluminum salt waterproof agent; performing high-temperature carbonization on the skin-core fiber to obtain the polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber with the built-in inorganic aluminum salt waterproof agent. The carbon fiber can be used as a concrete waterproof reinforcing agent to prepare waterproof high-strength concrete. The waterproof high-strength concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of cement, 30-50 parts of fly ash, 20-30 parts of mineral powder, 100-150 parts of fine stone, 2-30 parts of a waterproof reinforcing agent, 2-5 parts of a water reducing agent and 30-60 parts of water. The porosity and the fiber toughness of the polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber with the built-in inorganic aluminum salt waterproof agent are utilized, so that the water resistance and the strength of the concrete are remarkably improved.
本发明涉及混凝土技术领域,具体为一种防水高强混凝土及其制备方。分别配制皮层纺丝溶液和芯层纺丝溶液,同轴纺丝得到皮芯纤维;所述皮层纺丝溶液的为聚丙烯腈皮层纺丝溶液;所述芯层纺丝溶液包括聚合物组分和无机铝盐防水剂;将所述皮芯纤维进行高温碳化,得到内置无机铝盐防水剂的聚丙烯腈碳纤维。将该碳纤维作为混凝土防水增强剂可制得防水高强混凝土,按重量份包括:水泥100‑120份、粉煤灰30‑50份、矿粉20‑30份、细石100‑150份、防水增强剂2‑30份、减水剂2‑5份和水30‑60份。本发明利用内置无机铝盐防水剂的聚丙烯腈碳纤维的多孔性和纤维韧性,显著提高混凝土的防水性和强度。
