The invention provides a preparation method of a high-strength low-viscosity grouting material. The high-strength low-viscosity grouting material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 66-74% of P.O42.5 ordinary Portland cement, 18-22% of superfine slag powder, 8-12% of silica fume, 0.16-0.20% of a water reducing agent and 60-70% of water. The high-strength and low-viscosity grouting material is obtained by double-doping the superfine slag powder and the silica fume according to different proportions, the industrial waste residues are utilized, meanwhile, the use amount of cement is reduced, pollution is reduced, cost is saved, the compressive and flexural mechanical properties of an injected body can be effectively improved, the stone rate of the grouting material is increased, and the grouting material is suitable for large-scale popularization and application. The grouting slurry is more stable, and wide application of the grouting slurry is facilitated.
本发明提供了一种高强度低黏度注浆材料的制备方法,包括以下质量分数的原料组成:P·O42.5普通硅酸盐水泥66~74%、超细矿渣粉18~22%、硅灰8~12%、减水剂0.16~0.20%和水60~70%。将超细矿渣粉与硅灰按照不同比例双掺得到高强度低黏度注浆材料,本发明方法在将工业废渣利用的同时,不仅减少了水泥的用量,降低了污染,节约了成本,还可以有效地提高被注体的抗压抗折力学性能,提高注浆材料的结石率,使注浆浆液更加稳定,有利于其广泛应用。
