The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and relates to resource utilization of industrial solid wastes, in particular to a method for preparing dry-mixed mortar from phosphorus II type anhydrite. The phosphorus type II anhydrous gypsum prepared industrially is used as a raw material, and the activator and the surfactant are combined to carry out activity excitation on the phosphorus type II anhydrous gypsum to prepare the dry-mixed mortar. The content of semi-hydrated gypsum in the phosphorus type II anhydrous gypsum is not higher than 2%, and the content of SiO2 in the main component is not higher than 15%. The exciting agent is one or more of alkali metal salts. The surfactant is one or more of calcium lignosulphonate, sodium lignosulphonate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and melamine. According to the invention, the phosphorus type II anhydrous gypsum is used as a raw material, so that the problems of scumming, poor physical and mechanical properties and the like of a phosphorus building gypsum plastering gypsum product are avoided, and a new application way is opened up for resource utilization of phosphogypsum.
