High-aluminum refractory brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-aluminum refractory brick and a preparation method thereof. The raw materials of the brick comprise a granular material and a fine powder material, wherein the particle size phi is more than 0.088 mm and less than or equal to 5mm, and the granular material is formed by mixing more than two of high-aluminum clinker particles, flint clay clinker particles, high-aluminum waste brick particles, sintered mullite particles and high-pressure waste electromagnetic particles; the fine powder is formed by mixing more than three of high-aluminum clinker fine powder, high-aluminum raw material fine powder, flint clay raw material fine powder and raw clay fine powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, weighing the raw materials in proportion, and mixing and grinding the raw materials into pug; s2, mechanical pressing and drying; s3, firing to obtain a finished product. According to the high-aluminum refractory brick disclosed by the invention, the high-temperature physical performance index of a refractory brick product is increased while the volume stability is ensured, so that the high-temperature refractoriness under load of the refractory brick product is improved, and the apparent porosity index of the refractory brick product is reduced.
本发明公开了一种高铝耐火砖及其制备方法;砖原料包括颗粒料和细粉料,颗粒粒度0.088mm<φ≤5mm颗粒料由高铝熟料颗粒、焦宝石熟料颗粒、高铝废砖颗粒、烧结莫来石颗粒、高压废旧电磁颗粒中两种以上混合而成;细粉料由高铝熟料细粉、高铝生料细粉、焦宝石生料细粉、生粘土细粉中三种以上混合而成。其制备方法的步骤是:S1、按比例将原料称取后混碾制成泥料;S2、机压成型、干燥;S3、烧制成成品。本发明的高铝耐火砖在保证体积稳定的同时,也增加了耐火砖制品的高温物理性能指标,使耐火砖制品的高温荷重软化温度指标得到提高,耐火砖制品的显气孔率指标得到降低。
