The invention relates to a preparation method of a ceramic assembly and a shell, the ceramic assembly, the shell and electronic equipment, and the preparation method of the ceramic assembly comprises the following steps: providing a ceramic substrate which comprises at least one coloring area, forming a pigment film layer with at least one color in the coloring area, and carrying out heat treatment on the ceramic substrate, and enabling the pigment of the pigment film layer to permeate into the ceramic substrate to form a colored ceramic assembly. The ceramic substrate is a finished product, the surface compactness of the ceramic substrate is good, when the pigment film layer is formed on the ceramic substrate, the ceramic substrate is subjected to heat treatment, so that the pigment of the pigment film layer permeates into the ceramic substrate, and as the ceramic substrate has a compact surface and is not deep in color permeation depth, uniform doping of the ceramic substrate and the pigment is ensured; and the appearance is bright and uniform, and the texture is transparent. The hardness of the colored ceramic component surface layer is not different from that of the ceramic substrate, so that the color is not easy to fall off, and the ceramic component has better wear resistance.
