The invention relates to a real-time bridge state monitoring device based on a GNSS and an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the device comprises two rope racks, the two rope racks are fixedly installed at the bottoms of detection plates at the two ends of a bridge body respectively, a moving cable is fixedly connected between the two rope racks, the moving cable is connected with a moving assembly, and a monitoring camera group is fixedly installed on the side of the moving assembly. A counterweight power supply is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the moving assembly, a sensor group is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the counterweight power supply, balance blades are fixedly mounted on the front and rear sides of the counterweight power supply, and a lubricating component is fixedly mounted on the right side of the moving assembly; the sensor group comprises an attitude sensor and a wind speed sensor; and a GNSS positioning chip is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the sensor group. The real-time bridge state monitoring device provided by the invention has the advantages of real-time bridge monitoring and excellent wind resistance.
