The lifting rod is of a hollow tubular structure, one end of the lifting rod extends into the box body shell, and a driving part used for driving the lifting rod to ascend and descend is arranged in the box body shell; and the lifting assembly comprises a rotating disc rotationally connected into the box shell, a shaft sleeve is fixed to the rotating disc, and the lifting rod is rotationally connected into the shaft sleeve in a penetrating mode through a one-way bearing. Compared with the prior art, the warning signs which are frequently replaced can attract the attention of a driver more easily, so that the possibility that the lifting rod is neglected due to the problems of distraction, inattention and the like is reduced, the probability of occurrence of collision accidents is reduced, the LED lamp strip is intermittently lightened, and the safety of the driver is improved. In other words, in the lifting and falling process of the lifting rod, the LED lamp strip is in a flickering state, and the warning effect is further improved.
