A method for rapidly building an island on a rock foundation in the sea comprises the steps that firstly, caissons are prefabricated on the land, caisson foundation bed block stone throwing and filling are conducted, then the caissons are installed, stone filling is conducted in the caissons, slurry lifting is conducted on the foundation bed at the bottoms of the caissons, locking openings between the caissons are sealed, and a water stop structure system is formed; and finally, the artificial island formed by the caisson is subjected to hydraulic reclamation to form a structure for building the island from the sea. The rapid island building method is high in operability and safety, a foundation does not need to be excavated, a caisson enclosure structure is adopted, the sea occupation area is reduced, saving and environmental protection are achieved, the quality is guaranteed, and the construction efficiency is high.
一种海中岩质地基快速筑岛的方法，采用先在陆上预制沉箱，进行沉箱基床块石抛填，然后安装沉箱，进行箱内填石，沉箱底部基床升浆，沉箱间锁口封闭，形成止水结构体系；最后在沉箱形成的人工岛内吹填造地，形成围海造岛的结构。本发明的快速筑岛方法可操作性及安全性高，不需要开挖基础，采用沉箱围护结构，减少占海面积，节约环保，质量有保证，施工效率高。
