High-speed railway bridge variable-pile-diameter pile foundation construction method under spoil disposal site condition
The invention discloses a construction method for a variable-pile-diameter pile foundation of a high-speed railway bridge. According to a design scheme, a total station is used for measuring, lofting and marking, the depth of a waste slag layer is explored, the elevation of a hole opening is measured, and a drilling machine is installed; a first drill bit drills holes in the waste slag layer; after drilling of the waste slag layer is completed, a permanent pile casing is buried in the waste slag layer, and a second drill bit is used for drilling to the designed pile bottom elevation along the center line of the permanent pile casing; and hole cleaning: hoisting the reinforcement cage, and pouring concrete after secondary hole cleaning. According to the construction method, the pile diameter of the pile foundation is enlarged in the slag discarding layer range, full-pile-casing construction is adopted, the outer side of a permanent pile casing is coated with a resistance reducing material to reduce the lowering difficulty, mud wall protection is conducted in combination with plant fibers during drilling, the stability of the hole wall is improved, the construction quality is improved while the construction safety is guaranteed, and the construction efficiency can be improved; and meanwhile, the pile is of an inverted-T-shaped variable-cross-section pile structure, the bearing stability can be kept, and the construction cost can be effectively reduced.
本发明公开了高速铁路桥梁变桩径桩基础施工方法,根据设计方案用全站仪进行测量放样并标记,勘探弃渣层的深度,测量孔口标高并安装钻机;第一钻头在弃渣层上钻孔;在弃渣层钻孔完成后,埋设永久护筒在弃渣层内,换用第二钻头沿永久护筒中心线钻至设计桩底标高;清孔、吊装钢筋笼,二次清孔后浇筑混凝土。本申请的施工工法在弃碴层范围内扩大桩基础桩径并采用全护筒施工,永久护筒外侧涂减阻材料降低下放难度,钻孔时结合植物纤维进行泥浆护壁,提高孔壁的稳定性,在保障施工安全的同时提升施工质量,并能提高施工效率;同时桩为倒凸字形变截面桩结构,既能保持承载稳定性又能有效降低施工成本。
