The invention discloses a fixed frequency type anchor cable feeding device which comprises a middle bearing support, a fastener, a driving device and a controller, and the fastener is movably connected with the middle bearing support between a first critical position and a second critical position. The driving device is in transmission connection with the fastener so as to drive the fastener to reciprocate between a first critical position and a second critical position, the controller is electrically connected with the fastener, and the controller is suitable for controlling the fastener to lock the anchor cable at the first critical position and is suitable for controlling the fastener to unlock the anchor cable when the fastener moves to the second critical position. The fixed-frequency type anchor cable feeding device has the advantages that the anchor cable mounting efficiency is high, the anchor cable is not prone to carrying rock debris and greasy dirt, and the anchor cable supporting performance is high.
