The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a construction method of a waterproof joint of an anti-floating anchor rod, a concrete cushion layer is poured on a foundation, and the concrete cushion layer forms a waterproof groove in the top of the anti-floating anchor rod; the surface of the waterproof groove and the concrete cushion layer close to the edge of the waterproof groove are coated with waterproof coating layers; winding a water stop ring on the reinforcing steel bar of the anti-floating anchor rod; the waterproof groove is filled with polymer waterproof mortar to form a polymer waterproof mortar layer; a round ridge platform is formed on the top face of the polymer waterproof mortar layer through polymer waterproof mortar; paving a waterproof additional layer on the polymer waterproof mortar layer, wherein the waterproof additional layer extends to the concrete cushion layer; laying a waterproof roll layer; and a concrete protection layer is poured on the waterproof coiled material layer. The waterproof problem of the anti-floating anchor rod is effectively solved, overall construction is convenient, operation is easy, and the waterproof effect is good.
