A high-precision three-dimensional foundation deformation automatic detection system disclosed by the present invention comprises a liquid storage barrel and a monitoring pipe communicated with the liquid storage barrel, the monitoring pipe has flexibility, a monitoring robot is arranged in the monitoring pipe in a walking manner, and a differential pressure sensor is arranged on the monitoring robot. The pressure difference sensor can measure the pressure difference between the real-time position of the monitoring robot in the monitoring pipe and the liquid level in the liquid storage barrel. Linear detection of foundation settlement can be achieved through the monitoring robot walking in the monitoring pipe, and therefore the monitoring robot can detect the foundation settlement with higher precision without being limited by the preset interval point positions, and non-blind-area detection of the foundation is achieved. The monitoring robot is further provided with a tilt angle sensor and a temperature sensor, deformation of the monitoring pipe in the transverse and longitudinal directions can be detected through the tilt angle sensor, and the monitoring system can achieve the use function of foundation three-dimensional deformation monitoring.
