The invention relates to the technical field of water conservancy construction, and discloses a water conservancy channel slope automatic cutting forming machine which comprises a cutting frame, a traction frame is movably connected to the upper portion of the cutting frame, two soil discharging components distributed left and right are arranged on the back of the cutting frame, and a guide component is rotationally connected to the interior of the cutting frame. A tractor advances forwards, an assembly of I-shaped steel and a traction plate is pulled to move forwards, a U-shaped plate is pushed to advance forwards in a drainage channel, cut-off soil is gathered at the top of a guide plate, and then two rotating discs rotate to drive an arc-shaped plate to push the soil gathered at the top of the guide plate to the two sides; soil enters the position between the two fixing plates and enters the inclined cylinder through the rotation of the auger, then the soil is conveyed upwards along the inner wall of the inclined cylinder through the rotation of the auger, and then the soil penetrates through the soil discharging opening and the square pipe to be discharged to the two sides of the drainage channel, so that the effect of automatically cutting and forming the slope surface of the drainage channel is achieved, and the excavation efficiency of the drainage channel is improved.
