The invention discloses assembly type building sealing waterproof equipment which comprises assembly type wallboards, fixing panels, a connecting slope, a filling layer, a sealing device, a buffer displacement assembly and a limiting buffer assembly. The fixing panels are fixed to the edges of the two adjacent assembly type wallboards; the connecting inclined plane is fixedly connected with the fixed panel and is positioned between the two fabricated wallboards; the filling layer is arranged between the fabricated wallboard and the connecting inclined plane; the sealing device is located in an assembly seam between the assembly type wallboards. The buffer displacement assembly is connected with the fixed panel and the sealing device; the limiting buffer assembly is fixed to the bottom of the sealing device and fixedly connected with the bottom of the connecting slope. Compared with the prior art, the sealing device has the advantages that the adjacent wallboards can deviate within a certain range, the overall sealing performance is kept, external water is prevented from permeating, and when the distance between the adjacent wallboards is increased, the integrity of the sealing device is kept through the extending faces.
