According to the auxiliary mounting robot for the wall building formwork, mounting of the wall building formwork is guided through a pair of supports and an inserting groove, the whole device is limited to only move in the extending direction of a wall through a walking wheel set, deviation of the wall in the thickness direction is avoided, and the guiding mounting accuracy of the wall building formwork is guaranteed; the base structures on the two sides are symmetrically arranged, the upper ends of the base structures are flexibly connected into a whole through a door-shaped frame, and a supporting oil cylinder arranged on the door-shaped frame controls a supporting piece to be pressed downwards to be inserted into the top of a wall building formwork, so that the wall building formwork is temporarily fixed, auxiliary installation of the wall building formwork is achieved, and after the wall building formwork and a construction site are completely anchored and supported, the wall building formwork can be installed conveniently. The jacking oil cylinder recovery supporting piece, the jacking oil cylinder recovery support and the walking wheel set synchronously move forwards to reach the next guide point position, the hoisting and mounting efficiency and precision of the wall building formwork are remarkably improved, the position and interval of the limiting support can be adjusted according to the size and interval of the wall building formwork, flexibility is high, and the application range is wide.
本发明公开了一种筑墙模板辅助安装机器人,通过设置的一对支架及插接凹槽引导筑墙模板的安装,设置的行走轮组限定整个装置仅沿墙体的延伸方向移动,而不发生墙体厚度方向上的偏移,保证对筑墙模板引导安装的精确度,两侧的底座结构对称设置,上端通过门形架灵活连接为一体,门形架上设置的支顶油缸控制支撑件下压盖插在筑墙模板的顶部,从而将筑墙模板临时固定,实现对筑墙模板的辅助安装,在将筑墙模板与施工场地完全锚固支撑后,通过支顶油缸回收支撑件、顶推油缸回收支架,行走轮组同步前移即可到达下一个引导点位,显著提高了筑墙模板吊运安装的效率和精度,且可根据筑墙模板的尺寸、间隔调整限位支撑的位置和间隔,灵活性高,适应范围广。
