Method for installing first section of steel reinforced concrete column
The invention relates to the field of steel reinforced concrete column installation in the steel structure construction process, in particular to a first section steel reinforced concrete column installation method which comprises the steps that before a first section steel column is installed, an adjusting nut is installed on a foundation bolt of a column foundation, then the adjusting nut for controlling the elevation of the section steel column is adjusted, and the foundation bolt is sleeved with a sleeve; the lower end of the sleeve abuts against the adjusting nut. Hoisting the first section steel column to enable the first section steel column to slowly descend at the mounting position, and controlling the upper end of the sleeve to be aligned with the bolt hole of the column bottom plate; the first section steel column continues to fall until the column bottom plate falls to the adjusting nut along the sleeve; and after the first section steel column is put down, the sleeve is pulled out, the first section steel column is installed, and the next procedure is carried out. The construction process is simple, the PVC sleeve plays a role in guiding installation of the first section steel column, it is guaranteed that the first section steel column is efficiently and rapidly installed, meanwhile, threads on the surface of the foundation bolt are effectively protected, and the construction quality is guaranteed while the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及钢结构施工过程中型钢混凝土柱安装领域,尤其是一种首节型钢混凝土柱安装方法,安装首节型钢柱前,在柱基础的地脚螺栓上安装调节螺母,然后调节控制型钢柱标高的调节螺母,地脚螺栓上套装套管,套管下端抵在调节螺母上;吊装首节型钢柱,使首节型钢柱在其安装位置缓慢下降,并控制好套管的上端,使套管上端对准柱底板的螺栓孔;首节型钢柱继续下落,直到柱底板沿套管下落至调节螺母上;首节型钢柱落实后,拔掉套管,首节型钢柱安装完成,进行下一道工序。本发明施工过程简单,PVC套管对首节型钢柱安装有引导作用,保证首节型钢柱高效快速安装的同时对地脚螺栓表面的螺纹起到有效保护,在提高施工效率的同时保证施工质量。
