The invention discloses a high-voltage rod with a high-voltage cable fixing device, and relates to the field of power systems. The invention aims to solve the problems of long operation time, low binding efficiency and potential safety hazards of the existing high-voltage cable fixing mode. The device comprises an electric pole, a cross beam, a hoop, an insulator, a sleeve, a frame body and a fixing device, the electric pole is vertically inserted into the ground, the hoop surrounds the electric pole, the two ends of the hoop penetrate through the cross beam horizontally arranged on the upper portion of the electric pole, the two ends of the hoop are screwed on the cross beam through nuts, and the cross beam is fixed to the electric pole; the frame body is installed at the upper end of an electric pole, the insulator is installed on the frame body, and the fixing device is installed on the upper portion of the insulator on the frame body to fix a cable. The sleeves are fixedly installed on the two sides of the upper end face of the cross beam respectively, the insulators are vertically inserted into the sleeves, and the lower portions of the insulators penetrate through the cross beam and then are connected through bolts. The device is used for erecting the high-voltage rod.
