The invention discloses a door with a mortise and tenon joint structure and a process of the door. Comprising a first unit and a second unit which are matched with each other, and the left end and the right end of the first unit comprise a first connecting unit and a second connecting unit respectively. The left end and the right end of the second unit comprise a third connecting unit connected with the first connecting unit in a matched mode and a fourth connecting unit connected with the second connecting unit in a matched mode respectively. When the first connecting unit is connected with the third connecting unit in a matched mode and the second connecting unit is connected with the fourth connecting unit in a matched mode, the first unit and the second unit are assembled to form a door body. The mortise and tenon joint process replaces the welding process, meanwhile, the left ends and the right ends of the two door plates are assembled and positioned through the connecting units matched with each other, the firmness after forming is high, and the assembling efficiency is higher.
