The invention discloses an externally-hung intelligent maintenance system, a lining trolley and an intelligent maintenance method.The externally-hung intelligent maintenance system comprises a spraying device and a lining trolley, the spraying device comprises a plurality of spraying assemblies capable of spraying high-temperature steam, and each spraying assembly is provided with a first connecting structure used for being detachably connected to the two ends or the bottoms of the two sides of a trolley formwork; the longitudinal sealing pieces are used for being detachably filled between the bottoms of the two sides of the trolley formwork and the second lining concrete structure; and the annular sealing piece is used for being detachably filled between the two ends of the trolley formwork and the second lining concrete structure. The tunnel maintenance system is applied to the field of tunnel maintenance, the maintenance system can be loaded on the lining trolley in an externally-hung mode, and therefore timely maintenance can be achieved under the condition that equipment does not move, the quality of a tunnel face secondary lining concrete structure is effectively guaranteed, and the problem that in an existing tunnel construction technology, maintenance is not timely after concrete lining demolding is solved.
