According to the ceramic-based powder grading type sealing material for the medium-temperature flat-plate type solid oxide fuel cell, gaps among coarse ceramic powder particles are filled with fine ceramic powder particles through a powder particle grading method, so that the stacking density is improved, the porosity is reduced, and the sealing performance of the sealing material is improved; therefore, the air tightness of the ceramic-based powder grading type sealing material is improved, the thermal stability and the sealing performance of the ceramic-based powder grading type sealing material are improved, and an excellent sealing effect is further provided. The ceramic-based powder grading type sealing material provided by the invention is relatively small in air tightness difference in a temperature range of 600-800 DEG C, and is relatively small in temperature influence; in a thermal shock cycle test with rapid temperature change, the air tightness is increased to a certain extent in the initial four cycles, and then the air tightness is basically kept stable, so that the sealing requirement of the medium-temperature flat plate type solid oxide fuel cell is met; the composite material has the characteristics of good high-temperature insulativity, simple manufacturing method, low cost, stable quality and the like, and is suitable for commercialized batch production.
本发明提供了一种中温平板式固体氧化物燃料电池用陶瓷基粉体级配型密封材料,通过粉体的颗粒级配的方法,将细陶瓷粉体颗粒填充至粗陶瓷粉体颗粒的空隙之间,提升堆积密度,降低孔隙率,从而提升所述陶瓷基粉体级配型密封材料的气密性,改善其热稳定性和密封性能,进而提供优良的密封效果。且本发明提供的所述陶瓷基粉体级配型密封材料在600~800℃温度范围表现的气密性差异较小,受温度影响较小;其在快速温度变化的热冲击循环测试中,在初始的4次循环中气密性有一定的增加,随后基本保持稳定,满足中温平板式固体氧化物燃料电池的密封要求;其具有良好的高温绝缘性、制作方法简单、成本低廉、质量稳定等特点,适合商业化的批量生产。
