The present invention relates to a concrete strip comprising conventional concrete and a combined reinforcement of both post-tensioned steel strands having a diameter ranging from 5 mm to 20 mm, having a tensile strength higher than 1700 MPa, and fibers, either steel fibers and in an amount ranging from 5 kg/m3 to 90 kg/m3, or non-steel fibers, the post-tensioned steel strands having a diameter ranging from 5 mm to 20 mm, having a tensile strength higher than 1700 MPa, and the fibers being steel fibers and in an amount ranging from 5 kg/m3 to 90 kg/m3. And the amount ranges from 0.6 kg/m3 to 25 kg/m3, whereby the strip has a thickness, whereby further the length of the strip conforms to the following formula: the length gt of the strip; 30 * the thickness of the strip.
