The step-shaped planting surface is provided with a dry-wet sensor device, the dry-wet sensor device is electrically connected with the water pump, after the combined water tanks are spliced and assembled together, plants needing to be planted are placed on the step-shaped planting surface, and the solar panel absorbs solar energy and transmits energy to the storage battery pack to be stored at the same time.
