Construction device and method for pipeline dredging of pneumatic equipment
The invention relates to the technical field of underground pipe network construction in municipal infrastructures, and discloses a construction device and method for pipeline dredging through pneumatic equipment. The pipeline is divided into three sections which are not connected through the first movable rubber plug and the second movable rubber plug. And in the pipeline area where the conical surface of the first movable rubber plug is located, soil and dirt attached to the interior of the pipeline are softened through the detachable water injection assembly which is temporarily installed. The first movable rubber plug and the second movable rubber plug are injected and pressed through a pressurizing assembly, and an ejector rod abuts against the back face of the second movable rubber plug; and the pressurizing assembly is used for continuous injection pressing, so that the first movable rubber plug moves towards the area where the pipeline sludge is located. And under the condition of insufficient air pressure, the jack assembly is used for lifting forward external force of the first movable rubber plug. The method has the advantage of effectively achieving pipe jacking to complete curve pipeline dredging; the pipeline dredging device is simple and convenient to operate, safe and efficient in pipeline dredging work and has obvious economic effects.
