The invention provides a novel pouring type asphalt mixture (UHCA), a preparation method of the novel pouring type asphalt mixture, and an application of the novel pouring type asphalt mixture. The novel pouring type asphalt mixture is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of coarse aggregate, 10-25 parts of asphalt and 10-25 parts of mineral powder, wherein the particle size of the coarse aggregate is 4.75-13.2 mm, the dynamic viscosity of the asphalt at 60 DEG C is greater than 400000 Pa.s, and the particle size of the mineral powder is less than 0.075 mm. According to the novel pouring type asphalt mixture, the track dynamic stability reaches 3000 times/mm or above, the low-temperature breaking strain at-10 DEG C reaches 4000 mu epsilon or above, the porosity is smaller than that of a traditional pavement structure material, and the novel pouring type asphalt mixture has excellent high-temperature stability, low-temperature deformation capacity and durability, meets the requirements for pavement material performance in specifications and has good application prospects. The method can be used for treating pavement diseases, can also be used for paving a pavement structure layer, and has a wide application prospect.
本发明提供了一种新型浇筑式沥青混合料(Ultra‑high Performance Casting Asphalt,UHCA)及其制备方法和应用。本发明的新型浇筑式沥青混合料主要由如下重量份的原料制成:粗集料90‑110份,沥青10‑25份,矿粉10‑25份;其中,粗集料的粒径为4.75‑13.2mm,沥青在60℃的动力粘度大于400000Pa·s,矿粉的粒径为0.075mm以下。本发明的新型浇筑式沥青混合料车辙动稳定度达到3000次/mm以上,在‑10℃低温破坏应变达到4000με以上,空隙率小于传统的路面结构材料,具有优异的高温稳定性、低温变形能力以及耐久性能,满足规范中对路面材料性能的要求,既能用于路面病害处治,又能用于路面结构层铺筑,具有广泛的应用前景。
