The embodiment of the invention discloses a salinized soil roadbed structure considering the freezing and thawing cycle effect and a construction method. The salinized soil roadbed structure comprises a salinized soil layer, a gravel-cobble salt-blocking separation layer, geotechnical cloth, a heat preservation layer and a side slope soil layer. Wherein the salinized soil layer comprises an upper salinized soil layer, a middle salinized soil layer and a lower salinized soil layer, the gravel-cobble salt-resistant separation layer comprises a first gravel-cobble salt-resistant separation layer and a second gravel-cobble salt-resistant separation layer, and the geotechnical cloth comprises first geotechnical cloth and second geotechnical cloth. The salinized soil roadbed is provided with a heat preservation layer, and damage of water and salt to the roadbed structure due to the freezing and thawing cycle effect is weakened. The roadbed slope is provided with the slope soil layer, vegetation is planted, growth of the vegetation is guaranteed through the water collecting tank and the drip irrigation belt, and therefore stability of the saline soil roadbed slope is guaranteed. A drainage ditch is formed in the salinized soil layer, and water and salt migrated and enriched in the gravel-cobble salt blocking and isolating layer are discharged out of the salinized soil roadbed. According to the method, the occurrence of saline soil roadbed diseases in a freezing and thawing cycle state is effectively controlled, and the service life of municipal road engineering in a saline soil area is prolonged.
