Method for constructing bare rock pile foundation under tidal action
The bare rock pile foundation construction method under the tidal action comprises the following steps that a positioning frame is installed on a construction platform, a crawler crane lifts a steel casing to be close to a riverbed, and the steel casing is preliminarily fixed to the positioning frame through profile steel; the crawler crane is moved away, a drilling machine is in place, after a riverbed is leveled, a hole is drilled to serve as a shallow root of the steel casing, sand bags are piled around the bottom end of the steel casing, and the steel casing is secondarily fixed; vibrating and sinking the steel casing to the elevation of the bottom of the casing to form a'deep root 'of the steel casing; and after the steel casing is lowered in place, bottom sealing concrete is poured in the steel casing through the lower guide pipe, drilling continues to be conducted to the elevation of the hole bottom, and then a conventional pile foundation concrete pouring process can be conducted. By means of primary fixing between the steel casing and the steel casing positioning frame, secondary fixing of the fixing sand bag and third-time fixing of the bottom sealing concrete, the problems of slurry leakage and deviation of the steel casing under the deepwater and tide effects are solved, the steel casing is kept stable in the drilling period, meanwhile, the hole forming efficiency is improved, and the influence on the surrounding environment in the construction process is reduced.
本发明是一种潮汐作用下裸岩桩基施工方法,包括以下步骤:在施工平台上安装定位架,履带吊起吊钢护筒下放靠近河床,将钢护筒通过型钢初步与定位架固定;履带吊移开、钻机就位,河床整平后钻孔作为钢护筒的“浅根”,钢护筒底端四周堆砌砂袋,二次固定钢护筒;振沉钢护筒至筒底标高,形成钢护筒的“深根”;在钢护筒下放到位后,下导管在钢护筒内浇筑封底混凝土,继续钻孔至孔底标高,随后可进行常规桩基混凝土浇筑的流程。本发明利用钢护筒和钢护筒定位架之间的初次固定、固定砂袋的二次固定和封底混凝土的三次固定解决了深水和潮汐作用下钢护筒漏浆和偏移问题,使钢护筒在钻孔期间保持稳定,同时提高了成孔效率,减少施工中对周边环境的影响。
