Foundation pit fat groove backfill method based on carbonized improved backfill soil
The method comprises the steps that (1) backfill soil treatment is conducted, specifically, a curing agent is added into original backfill soil, the mass fraction of the curing agent is 3-10% of the mass of the original backfill soil, the obtained mixed backfill soil is subjected to carbonization treatment, and carbonized backfill soil is obtained; and (2) backfilling construction of the foundation pit fertile groove: backfilling the carbonized backfilled soil into the foundation pit fertile groove in a layered and segmented manner, paving the soil, flattening, and compacting. The mechanical property, compactness and fluidity of the carbonized foundation pit backfill soil are obviously improved, the solidification and improvement effect of the backfill soil is remarkable, and the construction cost is low. According to the scheme that the foundation pit backfill soil is tamped to be flat through the method of combining mechanical rolling and manual tamping, the construction efficiency is improved, the compaction degree of the backfill soil is guaranteed, and the construction quality of foundation pit backfill is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于碳化改良回填土的基坑肥槽回填方法:(1)回填土处理:回填土原土中加入固化剂,固化剂的质量分数为回填土原土质量的3~10%,所得混合回填土进行碳化处理,得到碳化回填土;(2)基坑肥槽回填施工:将碳化回填土分层分段回填到基坑肥槽中,铺土、靶平、压实。本发明碳化处理的基坑回填土,其力学性质、密实性、流动性得到明显改善,回填土固化改良效果显著,施工成本低。采用机械碾压与人工夯实相结合的方法对基坑回填土进行夯平的方案,提高施工效率,保证回填土压实度,提高基坑回填的施工质量。
