The invention discloses a formwork supporting frame convenient to adjust for constructional engineering and a using method thereof.The formwork supporting frame comprises a supporting mechanism, the supporting mechanism comprises a vertically-supported bearing vertical rod, the middle of the bearing vertical rod is sleeved with a four-way pipe connecting end, and the top areas of the multiple four-way pipe connecting ends vertically communicate with supporting sleeves in sequence; the pipe fittings of the multiple supporting sleeves are sequentially distributed on the surface of the rod body of the bearing stand column at the lowermost end, a plurality of four-way pipe connecting ends are sequentially distributed on the surface of the rod body of the bearing stand column, and the top ends of the multiple independent four-way pipe connecting ends are sequentially and evenly connected in a surrounding mode through the supporting sleeves. According to the formwork supporting frame convenient to adjust for constructional engineering and the using method of the formwork supporting frame, splicing of the four-way pipe connecting ends is further completed through mutual combination of the arranged transverse supporting rods and the designated four-way pipe connecting ends, so that distributed connection of a plurality of supporting structures is achieved, and distributed supporting on the orange supports at the upper end is achieved; splicing of the connecting side plate and the hinged gasket at the upper end further achieves sharing of the bearing plate specified at the upper end.
