The invention relates to a sectional material structure capable of maintaining a motor without detaching a sectional material and an electric lifting window applying the sectional material structure, the sectional material structure comprises an outer frame structure and a cover plate, the outer frame structure is provided with a containing groove, and the motor is detachably arranged in the containing groove; the cover plate is rotationally connected with the outer frame structure so as to open or close the containing groove. The electric lifting window comprises a window body, the outer frame structure is arranged on one side of the window body, and a motor drives the window body to move in the vertical direction. When a user needs to maintain or replace the motor, the cover plate is rotated relative to the outer frame structure, so that the containing groove is opened, the user can maintain or replace the motor in the containing groove conveniently, and after the motor is maintained or replaced, the cover plate is rotated relative to the outer frame structure, so that the containing groove is closed.
