The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent household appliances, and discloses a method for controlling opening and closing of a window, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a rainfall value detected by an automobile rainfall sensor; when the rainfall value is larger than or equal to the rainfall threshold value, the current state of the corresponding building window is detected; and under the condition that the current window is in the open state, the window is controlled to be closed. Due to the fact that the vehicle using range of a user is usually a living and working area, under the condition that the vehicle position is raining, even if the living and working position in the area is not raining, the area is cloudy or about to be raining. And under the condition that the detection value of the automobile rainfall sensor shows that the window needs to be closed, the window of the user residence and/or the working area is controlled to be closed. A rainfall sensor does not need to be additionally arranged at home, and the reliability of window closing in rainy days is improved. The invention further discloses a device for controlling opening and closing of the window, terminal equipment and a storage medium.
