Combined type large-diameter hard rock pile foundation drilling construction method and device
The invention provides a combined type large-diameter hard rock pile foundation drilling construction method which comprises the following steps: exposing a hard rock layer by using a rotary drilling rig, and pressing a pile casing at the same time; an air down-the-hole hammer is adopted for drilling, and a plurality of rope saw drill holes are drilled along the edge position of the pile hole; a rope saw with a guide wheel is adopted between every two adjacent rope saw drill holes to press the diamond rope into the rope saw drill holes for blind cutting, so that a plurality of vertical cutting surfaces are formed, and a cutting body is defined; cutting off the cutting body, hoisting and taking out to form a hollow part; uniformly constructing small-diameter drill holes near each vertical section by adopting an air down-the-hole hammer, and reaming and repairing the holes by adopting a rotary drilling rig to form circular pile holes; and repeating for multiple times until the pile hole with the preset depth is formed. The diamond wire saw cutting technology is used for reducing energy loss, meanwhile, the air down-the-hole hammer is used for constructing wire saw drilling and small-diameter drilling, high efficiency and low energy consumption of hard rock pile foundation drilling are further guaranteed, the overall construction scheme is high in compositing performance and wide in application condition, and the method has the advantages of being high in efficiency and low in cost.
本发明提供了一种复合式大直径硬岩桩基钻孔施工方法,包括:利用旋挖钻机揭露硬质岩层,同时压入护筒;采用空气潜孔锤钻进,沿桩孔边缘位置钻取多个绳锯钻孔;每相邻两个绳锯钻孔之间采用绳锯机带导向轮将金刚石绳压入绳锯钻孔内盲切,形成多个垂向切面,围成切割体;将切割体切断并吊装取出形成中空;采用空气潜孔锤在各个垂向切面附近均匀施工小直径钻孔,采用旋挖钻机进行扩孔与修孔,形成圆形桩孔;重复多次直到形成预设深度的桩孔。本发明利用了金刚石绳锯切割技术减少能量损耗,同时采用空气潜孔锤施工绳锯钻孔与小直径钻孔,进一步保证了硬岩桩基钻孔的高效低能耗,总体施工方案复合性强、适应条件广,具备高效、低成本的优势。
