The invention provides a sediment-preventing ecological restoration device for sea tide entering inland rivers and lakes and application thereof.The ecological restoration device comprises a rubber dam and a net cage structure, and the net cage structure is located above the rubber dam; the net cage structure comprises a motor, a shaft rod, two iron chains, a rolling shaft, a step-shaped grid frame and a plurality of net cages, the shaft rod is connected to an output shaft of the motor, the rolling shaft is located on the side, facing the sea, of the shaft rod, and the step-shaped grid frame is arranged facing the sea; the two iron chains are arranged on the two sides of the step-shaped grid frame in parallel, the corresponding ends of the two iron chains are fixedly connected with the two sides of a bottom row of grids of the step-shaped grid frame respectively, the corresponding ends of the two iron chains are fixedly connected with the shaft rods respectively, meanwhile, the two iron chains abut against the rolling shafts and are in rolling connection with the rolling shafts, and the multiple net cages are arranged in the grids of the step-shaped grid frame. The motor is fixed to the shore, and the rolling shaft is in rolling connection with the shore. And an immobilized biofilm carrier is arranged in the net cage. The ecological net cage of the ecological restoration device can be replaced regularly, and ecological restoration of the water body can be well completed.
