Radioactive waste near-surface disposal filling mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention provides filling mortar for near-surface treatment of radioactive waste and a preparation method of the filling mortar. The filling mortar for near-surface treatment of radioactive wastes comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-55 parts of sand, 8-13 parts of cement, 20-25 parts of fly ash, 13-15 parts of water, 0.8-1 part of an expanding agent, 0.11-0.13 part of a water reducing agent, 0.01-0.03 part of a water-retaining agent and 0.02-0.04 part of a defoaming agent. The filling mortar for near-surface treatment of radioactive waste has the advantages of proper fluidity, good stability, workability, cohesiveness and homogeneity, no bleeding and segregation phenomena, and effective reduction of drying shrinkage.
本发明提供一种放射性废物近地表处置充填砂浆及其制备方法。本发明的放射性废物近地表处置充填砂浆,包括如下重量份的原料:砂50‑55、水泥8‑13、粉煤灰20‑25、水13‑15、膨胀剂0.8‑1、减水剂0.11‑0.13、保水剂0.01‑0.03、消泡剂0.02‑0.04。本发明所述的放射性废物近地表处置充填砂浆,具有合适的流动性、良好的稳定性、和易性、粘聚性、匀质性,无泌水和离析现象,有效减少干燥收缩。
