The invention relates to the technical field of lightweight concrete preparation, and particularly discloses wood aggregate high-strength thermal insulation mortar and application thereof. The thermal insulation mortar is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 333 to 780 parts of cement, 345 to 400 parts of sand, 108 to 150 parts of modified wood aggregate, 80 to 95 parts of ground calcium carbonate powder, 20 to 30 parts of filler, 3 to 4.5 parts of fiber, 25 to 30 parts of polymer resin rubber powder and 130 to 155 parts of water. The wood aggregate modified by the process disclosed by the invention not only has higher strength, but also obviously reduces the water absorption rate, and improves the mechanical strength of the obtained cement thermal insulation mortar.
本发明涉及轻质混凝土制备技术领域,具体公开一种木质骨料高强度保温砂浆及其应用。所述保温砂浆的原料包括如下组分:水泥333~780重量份、沙子345~400重量份、改性木质骨料108~150重量份、重质碳酸钙粉80~95重量份、填料20~30重量份、纤维3~4.5重量份、聚合物树脂胶粉25~30重量份、水130~155重量份。经过本发明工艺改性后的木质骨料不仅具有更高的强度,而且对显著降低了吸水率,提高了得到的水泥保温砂浆的力学强度。
