The nonmetallic mineral core fireproof floor is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 40 parts of modified straw fiber, 10 to 15 parts of natural bamboo fiber, 50 to 60 parts of modified serpentine, 10 to 15 parts of perlite, 10 to 15 parts of coupling agent, 5 to 10 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 5 to 10 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 3 to 5 parts of nano zinc oxide, 5 to 10 parts of flame retardant, 5 to 10 parts of biological wax and 80 to 100 parts of water. The modified straw fibers are straw fibers jointly modified by acetic acid and carboxymethyl chitosan; the modified serpentine is serpentine jointly modified by sodium silicate and an amino silane coupling agent. The nonmetallic mineral core fireproof floor uses natural minerals and plant fibers as main raw materials, and has the advantages of low cost, energy conservation, environmental protection, safety, no formaldehyde, fire prevention, water prevention, bacteria resistance, mildew resistance and the like.
