The invention relates to the technical field of colored asphalt, and discloses a preparation method of SMA colored asphalt concrete, which comprises the following preparation steps: 1) preparing components of the SMA colored asphalt concrete; (2) putting all the components into a rotary rotating disc, and performing rotary premixing to form a mixture; (3) discharging the mixture into a stirring barrel, stirring and heating to form SMA colored asphalt concrete from the mixture; according to the present invention, by configuring the components of the SMA colored asphalt concrete and accelerating the preparation process, the time can be effectively saved, the components are pre-mixed by using the rotary rotating disc to form the mixture, and the mixture is discharged into the stirring cylinder to be stirred and heated until the set time, such that the problems of low yield, low cost and the like caused by the too tedious SMA colored asphalt concrete process are solved; and time and labor are wasted.
