UHPFRC (Ultra High Performance Fiber Reinforced Concrete) reinforced steel plate girder bridge web gap fatigue detail structure
According to the structure for reinforcing the fatigue details of the web gaps of the steel plate girder bridge through UHPFRC, a first ultra-high-performance cement-based composite material reinforcing assembly is arranged at the web gaps of vertical stiffening ribs and comprises an ultra-high-performance cement-based composite material, a first bolt connecting key and a first steel corrugated key; the first bolt connecting keys are arranged on the vertical stiffening ribs and the web plate, the first steel corrugated keys are arranged on the flange plate, the ultra-high-performance cement-based composite material is poured among the web plate, the vertical stiffening ribs and the flange plate, and the first bolt connecting keys and the first steel corrugated keys are located in the ultra-high-performance cement-based composite material. A second ultra-high-performance cement-based composite material reinforcing assembly is arranged in a gap between webs of the horizontal gusset plate, second bolt connecting keys of the second ultra-high-performance cement-based composite material reinforcing assembly are arranged on the vertical stiffening ribs and the horizontal gusset plate, and second steel corrugated keys are arranged on the webs. The ultra-high-performance cement-based composite material is poured among the web, the vertical stiffening ribs and the horizontal gusset plate, and the second bolt connecting keys and the second steel corrugated keys are located in the ultra-high-performance cement-based composite material.
