The invention relates to a plane composite curve beam incremental launching construction method which comprises the following steps: determining a starting point and a destination point of a bridge incremental launching construction section, and making a circular curve passing through the starting point and the destination point and a point on the axis of the bridge incremental launching construction section as an incremental launching trajectory; a temporary buttress is erected along the pushing trajectory, and walking jacks are symmetrically arranged on the buttress along the two sides of the pushing trajectory; and sequentially assembling a guide beam and a beam body section on the temporary buttress on the extension line of the pushing track line, and performing pushing construction according to a pushing method of a pure circular curve bridge. According to the method, the complex composite curve bridge is pushed according to the circular curve fitted from the composite curve bridge, and the box girder can be widened at a time, so that the girder body widening procedure is simplified; and the position and the angle of the jack in the whole process are fixed, so that the control difficulty of the jack in the pushing process can be effectively reduced.
本发明涉及一种平面复合曲线梁顶推施工方法,确定桥梁顶推施工段的起点和讫点,做通过起讫点以及桥梁顶推施工段轴线上一点的圆曲线,作为顶推轨迹线;沿顶推轨迹线搭设临时支墩,在支墩上沿顶推轨迹线两侧对称布设步履千斤顶;在顶推轨迹线延长线上的临时支墩上依次拼装导梁及梁体节段,按单纯圆曲线桥梁的顶推方法进行顶推施工。本发明将复杂的复合曲线桥梁按照从自身拟合出的圆曲线进行顶推,可一次性对箱梁进行加宽,从而简化梁体加宽工序;能统一千斤顶步距,且千斤顶在整个过程中的位置和角度固定,能有效降低顶推过程中千斤顶的控制难度。
